Tara Secrist

Principal, Co-FOUNDER

With 20 years of recruiting experience in the IT industry, I obviously have to love people. It's a dating game. And it's all about conversation, asking the right questions, and actually listening to what people have to say. It's a relationship driven business, and I love it!

On the other side of my day, is keeping busy with other things I love to do;  raising a husband and three kids under 10, all things sports, biking (all forms! winter, road, mountain), travelling, snow boarding.

Bottom line, we are the firm that cares about what you are looking for, be it in a new role, or a what person you want to fill your role. Let's get to work.

Favorite Food: Pizza and Wings with blue cheese

How you can tell he is not from Minnesota: Always takes the last piece

I don’t want to sell you anything. I want to give you a great selection of candidates from which you can choose. On the other side, I want to put you, as a candidate, in front of the right opportunities. The decision is yours.
